The new Kalamazoo branch location opened on September 9th with much fanfare. We hosted a huge 32 vendor tradeshow with a pigroast dinner and music provided by local band "Heartland". Seminars were offered throughout the day on everything from infloor heating and refrigeration to proper venting and gas-piping. The Mayor of Kalamazoo Robert Jones was present with Jim Adcox from Johnstone Supply's corporate office in Portland Or., Cal Garbrect Johnstone President and Dennis Olsen Executive Vice President to celebrate the ribbon cutting ceremony. Many dealers took advantage of special pricing on hundreds of HVAC items. Over 40 door prizes were awarded to those attending. The parking lots were jammed with service vehicles attending the show. Johnstone Supply offers Kalamazoo area dealers over 30,000 HVAC/R items including sheetmetal, furnaces, airconditioners, compressors, controls, instruments tools, pumps, boilers and much more. Johnstone Supply celebrates Christmas with 4 dealer appreciation parties!

Johnstone Supply ended 2003 with their traditional annual fried chicken and mashed potatoes Christmas luncheons. The new Johnstone Supply Kalamazoo Michigan location started the week off with hundreds of area dealers enjoying chicken and seeing the new branch location up close. Then Wednesday at Johnstone Holland, Michigan followed by Johnstone Grand Rapids on Thursday, MI and finally on Friday in Johnstone Muskegon. In addition to the chicken the dealers enjoyed biscuits, beans, pop, coffee and cake. It was a chance to relax, tell holiday stories and enjoy each others company. Johnstone Supply salutes the HVAC/R dealers throughout Michigan and wishes everyone a great 2004!
